Products & Artwork

  • Most items are handmade and one-of-a-kind.
  • Slight variations in color, size, or design are normal.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Classes & Workshops

  • Classes are open to all skill levels unless noted.
  • Payment is required to reserve your spot.
  • Spots are limited and often fill quickly.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may be eligible for credit.
  • No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Safety

  • You agree to follow all studio safety instructions.
  • MoonWater Arts is not responsible for injuries caused by failure to follow guidance.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, images, and content belong to MoonWater Arts or the artists.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use content without permission.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the site
  • Copy or scrape content

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, but:

  • We don’t guarantee the website will always be error-free
