At MoonWater Arts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to help within the following guidelines:

Requirements

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • A valid receipt is required.
  • Item must be unused.
  • Item must be returned in its original packaging.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.

Additional Notes

  • Store credit may be used toward any future purchase.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
