Clay Fossils – Herb Dishes

Sage, dill and thyme pressed into earthenware clay with blue accents. Design by Susan Walton.
Great to use as a soap dish, spoon rest or a small tray for olives and pickles. So many possibilities!
These pieces are approximately 4.5 inches in diameter and will vary slightly in size, shape and color as they are handmade, one piece at a time. They are not completely round and the distinct difference from piece to piece shows the beauty that you can only find in handmade work. Covered with a glossy food safe glaze and fired to 2000 degrees F (earthenware)
